From Early Years to A-Level. From the first mark on paper to the final portfolio. BravArt Academy is where every student - regardless of level, background or learning profile - discovers what they are capable of.
Every child can achieve great success, build lifelong skills, and develop a creative mindset - with the right guidance, personalised pedagogy, and differentiated support.
I am an expert in scaffolding, creating personalised schemes and planning that provide absolute support to students based on their levels of knowledge. No child is left where they started. No child is held back by where they began.
Femi Kayode holds an MFA in Art & Applied Arts from the University of Benin (2016), alongside a BA Ed. and a Diploma in Computer Engineering & Desktop Publishing. He's a practising studio artist and one of Lagos's most dedicated art educators - and as Head of Humanities and Curriculum Lead, he brings institutional-level rigour to every private session.
With over 50 British Council PSGN CPD certifications earned across 8 years in a British curriculum school in Lagos, Femi approaches teaching with the same discipline he brings to the canvas. His four-pillar scaffolding method, refined through hundreds of private sessions, consistently produces results that exceed expectations.
His specialisms span IGCSE 0400 coaching, SEN art education, and KS1-KS5 delivery - alongside a full creative practice spanning portraiture, murals, printmaking and commissioned art (more on that below). At the heart of it all: if the child is willing, the magic will happen.
From a child's first encounter with colour and mark-making through to university-level portfolio prep - every programme is personalised, scaffolded, and built around the individual student.
Scaffolding isn't a teaching technique - it's a teaching philosophy. Meet every student where they are, build upward from that point, and never leave them to struggle with something they haven't been equipped to handle.
At BravArt Academy, every student gets a personalised scheme of work - not a template, but a plan built around their knowledge level, learning profile, exam timeline and creative interests.
In a classroom, the teacher moves at the pace of the group. Here, we move at the pace of the individual.
BravArt Studio is more than an education service. It's a creative hub - offering commissioned art, murals, Sip & Paint experiences, branding, printing and agency services for individuals, schools and organisations.
